Conveyancing Avenue was established in February 2005 .  The principal Francesca Surace is a Certified Practising Conveyancing and a Justice of the Peace.  Francesca has been working in the conveyancing field since 1992.  As a Certified Practising Conveyancer, Francesca is an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW and holds the necessary Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Conveyancing Avenue only specialise in property transactions and therefore have comprehensive knowledge and experience in this one aspect of law. 

This practice has been independently audited by a "Search" Professional Standards Auditor and has been accredited as meeting or exceeding the standards set down by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
